It's that time of year where we're looking to feel better right..?
Here is the Inspirational Experts Rx to Cure Negativity!
Remember the 2014 most popular song from the movie Frozen?  Yes,  it's called "Let it Go"
Before we can begin the Rx to CURE negativity we need to let GO anything Negative from 2014. 
Now say this 3x "Screw Negativity, Screw Negativity, Screw Negativity"  OK great. Now let's begin!

1.  Laugh and Smile: "I love people who make me laugh.  I honestly think it's the thing I like most to laugh.  It cures a multitude of ills.  It's probably the most important thing in a person"

Take time everyday to laugh and make others laugh.  

Smiling is infectious, you can catch it like the flu.  Someone smiled at me today, and I started smiling too.  Smile at least one time during your day.  Your smile might be life changing to someone!

2.  Compliments, Me Time and Friends:
Compliments.  " A compliment is a gift, not to be thrown away carelessly, unless you want to hurt the giver." 
Take time every day to give one compliment!  What was the last compliment you received? Make sure to take it in and say Thank You to the person that delivered it!

Me time. It's a fact when we do something nice for ourselves it changes our entire outlook.  
Take some me time everyday!  Curl up with a book and your fav tea.  Get a mani/pedi, a new haircut or some new make-up.  

Friends.  Be the type of person you want to meet!  " Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom"  -Marcel Proust
Hang out with your Positive friends!

3.  Stop, Look and Listen:
"What we think we become" -Buddha
Make it a habit to stop and think throughout the day. Be aware.  Listen to your inner voice or intuition.  
Look around, don't always follow the path, it's boring.  Have some fun and be crazy sometimes!
Don't give in and listen to the Negative Noise around us because it will clutter your mind!
Take time to listen and be still.  Meditation and breathing make a huge difference in my daily life! 

4.  Walking on Sunshine: 
Walking is FREE!  Put on some music, I love the song Walking on Sunshine, it gives me instant energy and makes me happy. Get up, and drop what your doing and go take a walk.  Start with 5 minutes. 
I have a dog, so my walking is routine!  Just do IT!  Thanks Nike!

5.  Try something New:  
If you do what you've always done, you get what you've always gotten!  
Can you "unplug" and connect?  WHAT?!!!??? 
Yes I said it.  Turn your mechanical devices OFF and see what happens. You will have so much more time to try new things!  The average person checks their phone 150 times a day!
Here are a few ideas: read a book, take a class online, become a volunteer, take singing lessons 
or just do something kind for a stranger somewhere!

6.  Positivity Jar:
Start one today.  I love Mason Jars!  Put a jar or box on the counter, by your bed, or on your desk.  Add ONE positive item to it daily.  It can simply be one word, or something that happened. Every time you feel down, negative or your day sucks...look in the jar and read some positives! 

7.  Spread Positivity:
A positive attitude is contagious it gives energy to you and those around you. 
Now I have given you the Rx to be CONTAGIOUS!  
Remember Negativity is like a virus that seems impossible to cure.  Today my hope is that you let your NEGATIVITY GO "Screw Negativity" and everyday in 2015 will be nothing but Positive! 
By sharing your positivity, the world will be such a happier place to be in!
